"Reporting through this app makes almost no sense. I reported tons of potholes and faded street signs - all reports were closed as "fixed", but absolutely nothing has been done! They do though address illegal damping and overgrown trees, but this takes ages."

"I downloaded the app I have written them told them about issues and problems they would write back and say it was already done and it Hasn't been done..... They need a team of people to get the application to work correctly and then they need to not get back to us with a lie... They don't follow through they will say something is done when it's not done..... I reported many potholes never have the potholes been fixed,..... It's been many years now still they have not been fixed."
